Here's everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and caring for your Sekkle pieces.

Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order? We move quickly to get your order into production. If you need to cancel, email info@sekkle.com within 1–2 hours of placing your order. After that, we can't guarantee a cancellation. Orders cannot be modified once placed.

Can I use multiple promo codes on one order? Only one promo code can be applied per order.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Sekkle Gift Cards, and prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift cards. If you pay with a prepaid gift card, keep it — any refund will be returned to that card.

Can I combine a gift card with a credit card?
Yes — Sekkle gift cards can be combined with any major credit or debit card at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled within 4–6 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout. Over 97% of orders ship within 6 business days — more than half ship within 3 days.

Does Sekkle ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Which countries do you not ship to?
We currently can't ship to the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. This may change due to carrier restrictions or world events.

Do all items in my order ship together?
Most do — though some products ship separately due to packaging. These include mugs, framed posters, canvas prints, and stickers.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also check status by logging into your account. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system — international tracking may take a few extra days.

My package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived — what do I do?
First, check around your property, with neighbours, and contact your local post office — carriers often leave location notes. If you're still unable to locate it, reach out to us at info@sekkle.com. We're unable to reship or refund orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we'll do everything we can to help.

What if my package is lost in transit?
Email info@sekkle.com within 2 weeks of your estimated delivery date. We'll cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping. We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with your local post office first.

I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Email info@sekkle.com immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update it. If it ships to the wrong address and gets returned to us, we'll reach out to confirm the correct one — new shipping charges will apply for the reship.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
All Sekkle pieces are fulfilled to order — all sales are final unless an item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged. If that happens, email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. If approved, we'll replace it or refund it in full.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Email info@sekkle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review and, if approved, send a replacement or full refund. Claims are subject to review — we reserve the right to decline if damage is caused by misuse or improper care after delivery.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't process direct exchanges. We recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before ordering — and if you're unsure, email us before you buy and we'll point you in the right direction.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I return a sale item?
Discounted items and Vault pieces are final sale — no returns. The exception: if they arrive defective, our full replacement guarantee still applies.

Products & Care

Why does my shirt have a faint vinegar smell when it arrives?
Completely normal. It's from a fixation agent used in the printing process to help the ink bond with the fabric — standard across the industry. One wash and it's gone.

How do I care for my Sekkle pieces?
Printed (DTG) or screenprint apparel: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Cool iron inside-out only — never iron the print directly.

Embroidered apparel: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. Do not wring. Tumble dry on cool air. Iron inside-out between two cloths.

All-over printed apparel: Machine wash cold, no bleach, tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean.

Hats: Hand wash only with mild detergent in lukewarm water. Machine washing will damage the shape and embroidery.

Where are Sekkle products made?
We work with fulfilment partners across the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe. Your order is always fulfilled at the location closest to you to keep shipping times as short as possible.

Are Sekkle products safe?
Yes. All Sekkle products meet applicable safety standards including flammability, lead, cadmium, phthalates, and formaldehyde requirements. We offer products for adults, youth, and children — age suitability is noted on each product page.

Do Sekkle products carry an EU warranty?
Yes — all products sold to EU customers carry a 2-year warranty in line with EU consumer protection law.

Is Sekkle compliant with EU product safety regulations?
Yes. In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Sekkle Inc. and Sinden Ventures Limited ensure that all consumer products meet EU safety standards.
